Who We Are ?
We are a continental network of women leaders, academics, and innovators committed to advancing gender equity, digital inclusion, and violence prevention in higher education.
The Higher Women's Consortium (HWC), founded in 2015 and headquartered in Yaoundé, Cameroon, is a nonprofit network dedicated to advancing women's leadership in health research, higher education, and social innovation.
Through mentoring, capacity-building workshops, research proposal design, project management, and team building, we empower women scientists and professionals to thrive in their careers.
